راكان منصور أبودلهوم، المعروف مهنياً باسم راكان دلاهمة، مطوّر عقاري أردني يمتلك خبرة تقارب خمسة عشر عاماً في قطاع الإنشاءات والتطوير السكني. وهو شريك وقيادي في دلاهمة للتطوير العقاري، شركة متخصصة بتطوير المشاريع السكنية في المناطق الراقية من عمّان، وفي مقدمتها ضاحية دابوق.
إلى جانب عمله العقاري، يحمل راكان خلفية أكاديمية في العلوم السياسية والدراسات الدبلوماسية، وتمتد اهتماماته إلى الاقتصاد الكلي والعلاقات الدولية والتاريخ.

Rakan Mansour Abu Dalhoum, known professionally as Rakan Dalahmeh, is a Jordanian real estate developer with approximately fifteen years of experience in construction and residential development. He is a partner and executive at Dalahmeh Real Estate Development, a firm focused on residential projects in upscale districts of Amman, most notably Dabouq.
Alongside his real estate career, Rakan holds an academic background in political science and diplomatic studies, with broader interests spanning macroeconomics, international relations, and history.

Rakan holds an M.A. in Diplomatic Studies from The University of Jordan, Faculty of Graduate Studies, Department of Political Science (2006). His thesis is officially catalogued in the Jordan Union Catalogue and the University of Jordan Library under his full name, Rakan Mansour Abu Dalhoum.
